Begin the festive season surrounded by the glow of hundreds of candles, where magnificent choral music, piano, harp, and string orchestra come together for an experience of warmth, wonder, and reflection. Our beloved annual candlelit concert invites audiences to step away from the bustle of the season and into an atmosphere of beauty and stillness, where music and candlelight create a moment of peace before the holiday rush.

At the heart of this year's program is Dreamweaver by acclaimed Norwegian composer, Ola Gjeilo ~ a luminous and cinematic work for choir, piano, and strings that unfolds with breathtaking beauty and emotional depth. Blending rich harmonies with evocative storytelling, it offers a musical journey that is both intimate and inspiring.

This year, we are thrilled to welcome emerging Canadian soloist and award-winning harpist Juliette Duguay!  Juliette’s artistry and mastery of the harp have already dazzled audiences across her home province of Québec, and we are delighted to share her talents with you in this moving holiday program.

Whether you return each year or are discovering A Festive Celebration for the first time, join us for an unforgettable evening that captures the wonder, peace, and joy of the season.  Begin your holiday season with one of Kingston's most cherished musical traditions.
